SC/ST/ VJ-DT/NT/SBC Category students need to pay the college fees as per specified Govt. norms.
Important instructions for the Parents / Guardians / Students:
1. No part payment will be permitted under any circumstances; Students have to pay
total amount of fees specified as per College fee structure.
2.
For students (all categories) the Scholarships / Free Ship amount toward their
reimbursement is not received because of No caste Validity or Reject Scholarship
Application, those students have to pay the outstanding amount of fees before the
registration to higher class.
3.
The Parents / Guardians / Students shall pay the fees in CASH or in the form of DD
(Demand Draft) to be drawn in favour of “PRINCIPAL, Dr. Sau. KGIET, Darapur”.
4.
Use of Cell Phone / Mobile is strictly prohibited in Academic / Library buildings.
5.
In case of mass absenteeism in any lecture / practical fine of ` 500 on the opening
day of the Academic and of ` 100 per subsequent day shall be imposed.
Attendance in a class less than 50 % shall be treated as a Mass absenteeism.
6.
75 % attendance is mandatory for grant of term i.e. eligibility for appearing
University Examination.
7.
It is mandatory for the students to remain present in a Class Room / Laboratory
before the opening hours of the college (10.45 AM Sharp)
8.
Students are advised not to indulge in any bad habits such as drugs, smoking,
tobacco chewing and consumption of alcoholic drinks, etc.
9.
Ragging in any form or manner is strictly prohibited within and outside the college
campus as per Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999 (Mah. XXXIII of 1999).
10. Student indulging in ragging or other such activities will be liable for strict
punishment like rustication from institute and / or handing over to police for further
action.
11. College will not be responsible for or will not interfere in any legal action by police
against students involved in ragging/beating/quarrel/illegal strikes, etc.
