Dear Parent ,
Please note the following:
 Evening rehearsal (20th March’ 15).
 20th March’ 15 – Arrival time 2.00 pm – Departure from Sports complex 7:30 pm . Buses will ply accordingly
 20th March’ 15 – For Walkers / Private Van. Kindly drop your ward sharp 2:00 pm in school. Parents are
requested to come along with their I- cards to pick up their wards from sports complex after 7:30 pm.
Graduation ceremony (Pre-primary)
 21st March’ 15 – Reaching time to school is 2:00 pm (Buses will ply accordingly) – Parents are requested to
take their ward from the stage area, after the program is over. Kindly send one casual dress in bag on 21st
March’ 15, as the students have to deposit their costume once the program is over.
 School will provide refreshment on both the days (20th & 21st March ‘2015), however, students are advised to
carry light refreshment and a labeled water bottle too.
Children will be dispersed only once the program gets over.




Kindly carry your I- Card along with you on 21st March’ 15.

Note : Last working day for non participants will be 13th March’2015.
