(To be filled in by parent/guardian): I have read the Information on the
Kingfisher Camp and give permission for the child named above to attend,
take part in all activities and declare that s/he is fit to do so. I understand
and accept at there may be short periods when s/he will not be under
direct supervision. I give permission for any medical/dental treatment that
may be necessary (including prescribing Paracetamol) during camp.
Photos / videos are taken of camp activities, which may include your child,
and may be used for publicity purposes.

Kingfisher Camps are held each summer for young people who
have shown an interest in the Christian life. Young people aged
10-17* years join together for a week camping enjoying the
facilities for meetings, dining, sport, crafts, showering and toilets.
Approximately 6 campers sleep in each tent with leaders sleeping
in tents nearby. All leaders on camp are CRB checked and have a
particular interest in the spiritual well being of young people.
