 Spring Newsletter 2015 It has been busy start to the year for Kings Bounty Equine Practice and 2015 is shaping up to be a great one. The clocks have sprung forward and spring is well and truly in the air! Latest News A Warm Welcome To Liz! to having her in our team! We are extremely excited to announce that Kings Bounty Equine Practice has now expanded to three vets with the arrival of Liz Frew MRCVS. Liz qualified from Glasgow in 1995 and has been practicing in the South of England for the past 16 years. Liz has a keen interest in medicine, especially the reproductive work, which she would like to continue to pursue in the practice. We look forward Gastroscopy at your yard! The practice has just purchased a brand new gastroscope. Gastric ulcers are becoming an increasingly common problem, especially amongst performance horses. With the use of a gastroscope, the diagnosis of gastric ulcers can be ruled in or out by a relatively simple procedure carried out at your own yard. Equine Stomach With Gastric Ulcers. Vets On Site At The Point-­‐To-­‐Point Races Janette and Sara teamed up with David Lloyd from The Liphook Equine Hospital on Sunday 15th March as duty vets for the Hampshire Hunt Point to Point at Hackwood Park. A few incidents kept the vets busy for a while but overall a well organised fun day was had by many. Kings Bounty in Bonheiden….
