Kiwanis Day at PETCO Park: Action Plan
Sunday, June 14th 1:10pm
1. Distribute flyer to family members, friends, colleagues, etc. To make your
job easier, your club can start by purchasing a small, safe block of tickets up
front if you want tickets in hand to distribute when collecting money.
Or……..
2. Collect orders by taking cash or checks (made out to your local Kiwanis
Club), and keep track of number of tickets in each seating section
purchased, using the order form. For tickets paid by check, collect those
checks, and have your club write out one check to Padres for the
appropriate dollar amount.
3. Since you won’t have actual tickets in hand when collecting money, you can
issue a receipt to the buyer (attached) that they can turn in to you when
you get the tickets in hand (Optional).
4. Once you’ve collected all your orders, you can turn in all the money and
orders. At this time I’ll give you the game tickets for distribution.
