 Worked in 2013 to 2014 as a categorical medicine student rotating through 13 months of
internal medicine work 
 Currently works as Diagnostic Radiology resident 

 Worked for the Ministry of Health in Kenya as a medical intern as part of the one-year compulsory
post medical school internship. Participated in care of patients in surgery, pediatrics, medicine and
obstetric wards over 3 months rotations. 

 Completed Neonatal Resuscitation and Care Course through the Kenya association of pediatricians 
Miriam Hospital, Rhode Island
March – April 2008
 Undertook an elective rotation in Internal Medicine for 6 weeks, with weekly sub rotations through the
interventional radiology unit, cardiac catheterization lab, robotic surgery and emergency medicine 

Dr. Shaun Grannis, MD, and Associate Professor in Family Medicine
 Project Focus: Patient Matching, Record linkage and Public Health Informatics
 Responsibilities: performed patient matching and record linkage of the notifiable
conditionssurveillance system detector implemented in the Indiana Health Information Exchange to
provide a dataset for research, training and decision support at the Indiana State Department of
Public Health. 
