SET-UP TO BEGIN AFTER 7:00AM
COST:
$75.00 per booth (3 auto parking spaces) until April 19th.
AFTER April 19th, THE COST IS $90.00 PER BOOTH.
Must be postmarked by April 19th 2015
Incorrect payments will be returned. No same day registrations.
Only certified bank check or cash will be accepted after April 19th!

NOTE:
We provide our own food concession for which we obtain a permit. No vendors
will be permitted to sell or distribute any ready-to-eat foods or drinks.

Exhibitor agrees:
 Not to hold Knights of Columbus responsible for any loss or injury.
PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY
 To remain at flea market from set-up until 4:00pm.
 Close promptly at 4:00pm.
 Vacate the Parking Lot by 5:30pm. After 5:30pm you are directly responsible to the Town of Greenwich
ordinances.
 To clean up site before leaving.
