CANCELLATIONS: No REFUNDS after May 31, 2015. Once a qualifier is filled there will be no refunds for that qualifier. Where the field is limited,
entrants will be determined in the order that the applications are postmarked. In the event a qualifier is filled, you will be called to see if you would
want to play in another qualifier in a nearby region. RAIN: Qualifiers will be played in rainy weather unless canceled by the Tournament Director at
the course. You still must arrive for your tee time or you will be disqualified. In the event of severe weather or extremely heavy rain, all divisions that
finish nine holes will be deemed to have completed a qualifier and points and winners will be determined on that basis. Divisions that have NOT finished
at least nine holes will be given a voucher for a future qualifier either the same year or the next year. If all qualifiers are full in the year, the voucher will
be good for the next year.
ENTRY FEE: Please return a fully completed entry form and entry fee of $30.00 for each tournament to the Keystone’s Premier Golf Association office a
