Provide program management support to a US Navy project. Serve as a program management analyst and provide support to

Build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for a government defense enterprise. Prepares Program plans and schedules,
monitors and controls schedules on contracts requiring validated cost-schedule control. Performs analyses and prepares reports in
order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government and industry schedule guidelines.
Prepares schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in schedule analyses such as critical path and schedule
performance variance analysis. Schedules ensure that all program requirements and statement of work are captured. Able to
perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program scheduling risks. Prepares task performance data, variance

The contractor shall manage and configure network security infrastructure perimeter devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection
systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS) devices and virtual private network (VPN) devices. The contractor shall install,
administer, and maintain a DoD-compliant Host Based Security System (HBSS) architecture for the SSC PACIFIC RDT&E
Unclassified Network and other networks. The contractor shall apply all applicable STIGs, IAVM directives, and CTO instructions to
the Cyber Defense architecture.
The contractor shall support the daily operations of all HBSS modules including reviewing threat events in Host Intrusion Prevention
System (HIPS) for filter and rule creation; analyzing firewall rule sets; troubleshooting; developing and implementing system security
policies; maintaining access control lists (ACLs); and maintaining HIPS trusted network policy for network devices, applications, and
services.
The contractor shall coordinate with the User Management Team (UMT) to troubleshoot issues experienced by users. The
contractor shall perform testing for DISA Federated Testing efforts, validate and create documentation, create test plans, and
strategies.

Perform a broad range of tasks to include: creating and maintaining a knowledge sharing site to distribute information to users,

PROGRAMMER LEVEL IV (SAN DIEGO) Description:
Perform a broad range of tasks to include: updating, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software for a Python-based
web application which has both a user-facing front end as well as a multi-data-sourced back end. The developed software shall
aggregate data from multiple sources to include HBSS, ACAS, LDAP, Active Directory, Puppet, and various other data sources.
The candidate shall create intuitive, web-based interfaces utilizing technologies and frameworks including but not limited to: HTML,
BootStrap, highcharts.js, and Jinja2, install, manage, and utilize a distributed version control system (e.g. Mercurial), Issue tracker
(e.g. RedMine), PyPiServer, and other development support tools, and host web applications using nGinx. In addition, the candidate
shall create and maintain developer- and user-level artifacts including software version documents, software requirement
documentation, software developer documentation, deployment guides, and user guides. The contractor shall create and program
tasks in a distributed task queue application such as Celery, model domain-level entities in object relational mapper (ORM) classes
utilizing SQL Alchemy and other related tools, and generate advanced ORM queries. The candidate shall interact with users,
extracting user needs and requirements, and translate that into software specifications and designs that may be efficiently
