KSAT (Kongsberg Satellite Services AS) is a commercial Norwegian enterprise
situated in Tromsø, Norway. KSAT is a world leading provider of satellite ground
station and earth observation services with a customer base world-wide. Our 140
employees are spread between the main headquarters in Tromsø, at Svalbard, in
Oslo and Stockholm. In addition we have ground network stations in Grimstad,
Antarctica, at Jan Mayen, in Singapore, Dubai, Mauritius and South-Africa.
Contracts Officer, Tromsø
KSAT is looking for a new Contracts Officer. We are searcing for an experienced person who shall
create, evaluate and handle international contracts.
The Contracts Officer will report to our Chief Financial Officer.
Main tasks:
 Participate in formulating conditions for sale for tenders and contracts
 Participate in negotiations with clients, suppliers and collaboration partners
 Contribute and support contractual issues during project performance
 Cooperate with Key Account Managers and the KSAT Legal Officer
 Implement and follow the KSAT contract process
Qualifications:
 Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/Auditing/Legal
Experience:
 Handling international contracts
 International tax/VAT
 Analysis, risk evaluation and formulation of tenders
Personal skills:
 Interest in current technical problems
 Excellent Norwegian and English command
 Good capacity for work
