• Expected to enhance the ability of both CGIAR and its partners to
lead world class translational agricultural research for
development.
• Multiple levels process (individual, organisational and
institutional) and wider than the mere transfer of knowledge and
skills.
• Together with results-based management, capacity development
will help to develop a delivery plan to support the implementation
of the SRF.
