Achillea ‘Coronation Gold’
The best of the yellow flowered yarrows
first sold in the year of the Queen’s
coronation. It makes well behaved
evergreen mounds of feathery silvergrey leaves. During late spring and
summer 120cm tall leafy stems support
tiers of whitish, cotton-wool like buds
which open in a long succession to flat
plates of clear light yellow flower heads.
Awarded the coveted Award of Garden
Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society.
Sun. 120cm x 90cm.
$9.00 each or 3 for $24.00
Ajuga reptans ‘Catlin’s Giant’
This Californian bred plant is one of the
best ground covers for shade. Large
glistening bronze leaves form a dense
carpet all year. 35cm tall spires of rich
violet flowers are produced in spring.
‘Catlin’s Giant does need a little extra
watering during dry periods.
