February 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015
CON TE ST R UL ES:
1.
HOW TO ENTER: Purchase a Pionite countertop from any one of Lancashire Distribution’s customers then enter online by
sending an email to [email protected] with your name, phone number, address , name of the company you purchased
the countertop from, Invoice number and the Pionite color name .
2.
CONTEST PERIOD: February 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015 after which the contest will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
3.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Lancashire Distribution and their customers are NOT eligible to enter this contest. Contest is open to those who are not employees
who have purchased a Pionite countertop within the contest time frame.
4.
PRIZE:
A) There will be one prize awarded to a Saskatchewan/North Dakota customer and one prize awarded to an Alberta customer.
i) Two round trip economy airfares for the prize winners and their guest travelling together from the nearest major
closest to the winner’s place of residence to Las Vegas, NV;
Canadian or North Dakota airport
ii) Round trip ground transportation to and from the airport in Las Vegas;
iii) Four (4) nights hotel accommodation (based on one room, double occupancy) on the strip in Las Vegas, NV as chosen by Lancashire Distribution, in its
sole discretion;
B) Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel between November 15, 2015 and November 30, 2015 (“Travel Dates”). Should the potential winners
and/or his/her travel guest be unable to travel on the Travel Dates, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
C) Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, meals, beverages, room
service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, travel and medical insurance, baggage check fees, as well as any required travel documentation, taxes and all
personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover costs. Departure dates are subject to availability and change without notice
or compensation. Winner and his/her travel guest are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originates and
terminates there. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner and his/her travel guest to obtain all necessary travel documentation and to ensure that all travel
papers are in good order and are valid prior to and for the duration of the trip. Prize winner and his/her guest must be able to travel at the times and dates as
determined by Lancashire Distribution, in its sole discretion and authority, failing which the Prize will be forfeited. No change in travel arrangements can be made
by the Prize winner once the booking has been confirmed. It is recommended that the Prize winner and his/her travel guest obtain sufficient personal insurance
prior to departure. The Prize may not be used towards any type of frequent flyer mileage, or other reward point accumulation program.
5.
GENERAL
A) The Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age and are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein. The Prize winner is solely
responsible for all other incidental costs incurred. Lancashire Distribution is not responsible for any loss of a Prize once it has been delivered to the winner.
B) The Prize must be accepted as awarded—no substitutions at the request of winning entrants will be made. A Prize may not be sold, transferred and is
not convertible to cash. Lancashire Distribution reserves the right to substitute a Prize in whole or in part in the event that any or all component of a Prize is
unavailable.
C) On or about November 2, 2015, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, two (2) random draws for the Prize will take place at Lancashire Distribution’s office in
Regina, SK from among all entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received
during the Contest Period.
D) Lancashire Distribution, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential Prize winner by telephone or email by November 3, 2015. In the
event that a potential Prize winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days after the draw, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner
will be drawn. Proof of identification as well as proof of purchase must be provided upon request.
E) Before being awarded the Prize, the potential winner must confirm within two (2) days of being notified, his/her availability from November 15, 2015
to November 30, 2015. If the potential winner does not confirm availability or indicate that he/she is NOT available during those dates, the Prize will not be awarded to
him/her and Lancashire Distribution will draw another winner. Should a winner and his/her guest be unable to travel on the dates selected by Lancashire
Distribution, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and his/her guest will be responsible for all ancillary expenses and if
applicable , travel and medical insurance, travel documentation, baggage fees, taxes, gratuities, telephone calls and any other expenses not explicitly included in the
Prize.
