® 7800 High Speed Landoll Model 7831-35 High Speed Residue Management www.landoll.com 3 Features That Leave The Competition Behind Residue Flow The specific design of the ¾” disc shanks promote smooth consistent residue flow between the blades and limit the area where soil and residue will typically collect. The compound angle of the blades promotes optimal residue sizing and uninterrupted soil flow. Floating Hitch / Wing Design On the three-section folding models, the floating hitch and patented floating-wing design allow the unit to follow irregular ground contours and maintain an even cutting depth across the width of the machine and from front-to-rear. Narrow Transport Width Move between fields with ease as the Landoll three-section HSL design offers one of the narrowest transports in the industry of 12’. Depth Control Hydraulic depth controls of the units are provided in a front mounted, easily accessible locations for quick adjustment. Features like these eliminate wear points and allow the user to fine tune the unit compared to adjustment pins used by the competition. Hydraulic Jack The hydraulic jack makes hooking / unhooking of the unit safe and convenient. 2 www.landoll.com Adjustable Outside Retaining Disc Allows the operator to fine tune the unit for different field conditions and speeds by retaining the soil and residue on the outside. This eliminates any possibility of a ridge or furrow on the outside of the unit from pass-to-pass. Overlapping Gangs The individual blades are mounted in an overlapping configuration from front-to-rear. This combination allows the HSL to slice heavy residue, level ruts, destroy weeds and leave an impressively level surface suitable for planting. 7831-30 Heavy-Duty Conditioner Reels Put a finishing touch to every pass. The reel firms up the soil profile, breaks up clods and creates an excellent seed bed in finish passes while providing additional anchoring of residue in primary operations. Large 14” diameter reels feature 1¼” x ¼” wall tube, that are formed and welded into the unit in a chevron pattern for vibration free performance. Aggressive Individual Blades Individual torsion mounted, 24” blades on predetermined compound angles, are aggressive for handling today’s high residue environments and challenging conditions. The torsion mounts relieve the stress on the frame and other blades when an obstruction is encountered, maximizing bearing life. www.landoll.com 3 INCREASE YIELDS & PROFITS 7811 Three-Point Mounted Rigid Model The HSL is offered in a 13’ and 15’ mounted version for small / mid-size operations. These units are constructed with the same high-tech features and components as the larger folding models. There is a size to match a wide range of horsepower and fit most any operation. Maintenance Free Disc Bearings The bearing is a double-tapered (automotive style) roller bearing. It has its own seals, but is further protected on the spindle side by an internally rotating 5 lip-seal. The seal is press-fit on both the spindle bolt and inside of the hub. The disc blade is sealed against the hub, eliminating any harmful contaminants from entering. Model 7831-35 Model Specifications Model Number Working Width Trans. Width Trans.
