Introduction
Self-esteem is a word that speaks to the way we perceive ourselves.
Yet there is so much more to this word than one can imagine. In our
everyday lives, outside forces and decisions we make affect us on a
personal level. While making plans for daily events and being
prepared for the unexpected are factors we consider, we very seldom
think about how these actions and decisions will affect our selfesteem. Subconsciously they affect us greatly.
Our self-esteem is an intrinsic part of our very psyche. It can help us
grow as individuals or it can hamper our emotional and mental well
being from the inside. You will find in the sections below ways of
ensuring that your self-esteem is allowed to grow and develop
positively without being harmed by issues relating to your Pearly
Penile Papules.
Think about it. It isn’t good for a man's ego when the first reaction by
a possible lover is "What the **** is that?" at the first sight of Pearly
Penile Papules on his penis.
8
Just thinking about that possibility will ruin your mood and you will not
enjoy yourself, to say the least. Instead, you will just keep worrying,
and wondering if she noticed your affliction.
This is not to say you should be completely enveloped in superficial
artifices, but we all know that a man’s ego is very important,
especially when it comes to his penis.
You are bound to perform better when you are confident in yourself
and your “manhood”.
As stated, your self-esteem is a very integral part of you and the way
that you perceive yourself. Having Pearly Penile Papules can destroy
your self-esteem, so it is best to find out about the condition and how
you can manage and possibly cure it.
You will learn what Pearly Penile Papules are and the different ways
that you can treat the root cause of this condition.
9
You should never despair or try to look for shortcut methods to treat
or cure your Pearly Penile Papules. This will only mask the problem
and the conditions which give rise to the Pearly Penile Papules. You
will need to remember that it might take some time before this
condition can be totally cured. As always, being patient is key!
I’ve been cursed with Pearly Penile Papules since I was 12 years old.
One day, I started seeing bumps pop up on the back of the head of
my penis. Then, the bumps started to appear around my penis shaft.
I thought I had an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) or something.
The only thing was, I hadn’t even had sex yet!
Being self conscious, I kept the bumps to myself. I became less and
less social. I did everything I could to avoid contact with the opposite
sex.
In school I was teased, called gay or accused of having a disease. I
admit I missed out on having fun during my teenage years mainly
10
because I kept my issue a secret. I didn’t tell anyone about my
affliction until I was almost 25 years old.
When I finally saw a doctor, I was relieved when he told me I didn’t
have an STD. Then he went on to explain that my condition was
called Pearly Penile Papules. What was hard to take though was
when he said I’d have to just… “Learn to live with them. They are
harmless”.
Harmless? Not to me they weren’t.
I’d say a girl freaking out or laughing at me at the sight of looking at
these ugly bumps is pretty harmful.
No matter what that doctor said, I knew there had to be a way to get
rid of these things. His only advice of laser surgery was scary. There
was no way I was going to pay someone to put a laser to my penis
and risk the entire thing being cut off because of some freak accident.
11
The only other choice was to ask around and see if there were any
real solutions. By doing this, I found that I was not alone in my
affliction. In fact, I found out that there may be between 40% to 80%
of the male population that are Pearly Penile Papules sufferers. While
statistics don’t mean much, I thought that if so many people suffer
from this condition there had to be a cure out there. It turns out I was
100% correct.
I found that many people were trying to get rid of their affliction just
like me. I started to investigate the methods I discovered, one after
the other. Some yielded results, others did not.
That’s when I found an easy, yet effective, solution to cure my Pearly
Penile Papules for good! After personally testing it, I improved the
procedure and asked a few dozen other Pearly Penile Papules
sufferers to try it as well. They were more than willing to do so and
after the initial trials, the success rate was remarkably high. Every
single one of them managed to free himself from Pearly Penile
Papules!
12
After such results, I had to make my findings available to everyone,
and thus the “Pearly Papules Removal” treatment program that
changed my life was born.
Read on and start improving your quality of life today. I highly
recommend that you read the entire book before starting any of the
treatments to make sure you find the right one for you.
Also, it is important for you understand every element of the removal
procedures in order to utilize them properly. Always keep in mind the
big picture and arm yourself with the most information that you can.

What Exactly
Are Pearly
Penile Papules?
Chapter 1
What Exactly Are Pearly Penile Papules?
The next thing you will need to do is t understand what this condition
is. To ease your mind, you will need to understand that Pearly Penile
Papules, referred to now as PPP, are not a disease nor are they
contagious. They cannot be transmitted via sexual intercourse. Even
young men at twelve years of age who have not had sexual
intercourse have this problem.
14
To be clear, PPP is a skin condition. Medically it is known as
“Hirsuties Papillaris Genitalis” and it affects only males. A female
version does exist and is called “Vestibular Papillomatosis”; but due
to the nature of the female genitals, this condition is much less
visible. PPP is not considered to be a genetic condition, so there
does not have to be a family history of this condition for it to occur in
an individual. The appearance of the papules will occur only on the
penis. They will be in a row or several rows as small bumps which are
flesh colored and dome topped. In general they are located
circumferentially around the sulcus or the corona of the glans penis.
A sufferer of PPP will notice the lesions caused by this condition
which are asymptomatic. In addition, you will find that they will
continue to occur periodically throughout your life. However, as time
passes due to aging and the changes the body undergoes along with
age, the appearance of PPP will become lessened.

What They Are Not
First off you need to understand that PPP is not a form of genital
warts nor are they a sexually transmitted disease. This skin condition
is completely benign and other than the possibility of causing some
discomfort during sex, you will not experience any side effects from
this condition. Additionally, you need to understand that your personal
hygiene is not a cause of these papules.
If you experience a discharge, which is yellowish to white in color, it is
best if to see a doctor. You may at this stage be experiencing a
clogged gland or a sebaceous cyst. In order to find out what is
causing this abnormal discharge you need to consult a doctor for
help.
In the section below you will find a picture which will help you to
distinguish between the differences between “Genital Warts” and
“Pearly Penile Papules”.
17
18
What They Are
Pearly Penile Papules are small bumps which form on the head of the
penis. They are usually skin colored or sometimes a little lighter in
colored. The top of the papule will be dome shaped and smooth. The
formation of these papules will be in a number of concentric rows.
You may sometimes see several rows of these benign bumps.
If you have contracted this skin condition you do not need to worry
about experiencing any harmful or painful effects. As PPP is benign,
you do not have to worry about them being contagious. The PPP will
not appear on other areas of the genitals. The only main side effect
you might experience is discomfort during sex or during any other
activity which may constrict the penis.
It is quite common for men in the age range of early teens to 30s to
experience PPP. Because of this, you will find there are a large
number of fellow sufferers. Among the many individuals who suffer
from PPP are uncircumcised men.
19
There is one main point that you should remember if you develop
PPP. You should not try to pop or pick the papules as this can cause
serious damage. It is possible for infection or scarring to occur if you
try to remove the papules by yourself. If PPP is causing you extreme
discomfort or if you are bothered by their presence then you should
see a doctor about having them removed. In some cases you will find
that PPP will disappear in time as you age.
