CONTRACT RESEARCH MANAGEMENT:
Leads offers R&D Services to its Principals in Custom Synthesis of new and existing API's and the Drug Intermediates,
Development of new Innovative (Mono Compound and Fixed Dose Combinations) and Clinical Research in the Field
of BE Studies and Clinical trials. Leads has to its credit developing and introducing a good number of API's at a very
economical price for its Principals in the domestic market and also these API's are being exported from India. Till
date Leads has developed many formulations for its principals which have been launched by the Indian MNC's
successfully at a very affordable price when compared to the prices of the same formulations abroad. Leads also
have the success of conducting a number of BE studies and Clinical Trials in India. Leads employ technical staff who
have the enthusiasm and keen interest to do research and learn.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT:
Leads has been working with API and the Formulation Manufacturers on Contract Basis since many years and
commercialized unique products for domestic needs and exports to various countries. Leads manufactures its
Innovative products in a WHO GMP or USFDA Approved Facilities. Leads Production Co-Ordination team of experts
are always present at the manufacturing site to oversee the production activities and ensure the manufacturing
process is properly followed by the manufacturers. Leads will Co-ordinate in the Manufacturing Activity of a Product
on behalf of the Principal right from the time of release of Purchase Order upto the delivery of the product to the
marketing company for domestic sales and in Exports upto the time of shipment to the party. Leads QC Coordinators will see that the product meets the specications laid by the R&D and the Principal Company. Leads QA
Co-ordinators will take care of the Stability studies, Analytical method Validations, Process Validation studies of the
product.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT:
Leads has the expertise of offering Regulatory Affairs Services to the Principals. In Domestic area, Leads coordinates in preparing the license agreements between the Principal Company, API Manufacturer, Formulator and
the Marketing Company. Co-ordinates on the liaison work with the local and Central Drug regulatory authorities for
the existing drugs and also new drug applications to DCGI. Leads Pharma International Regulatory Affairs
Department is the line between the Principal pharmaceutical company and the regulatory agencies across the
world. Leads RA department prepares and submits the relevant regulatory dossiers (Tablets, Injections and oral
solutions etc) in compliance with all the applicable cGMP, ICH guidelines, regulations and laws to health authorities
like Semi Regulatory Markets mostly Asian Market and South Africa etc in coordination with the Regulatory team of
the Principals. Leads RA team prepares summaries, Protocols, Clinical Study reports to meet RA requirements and
also write the non clinical, clinical and CMC section in CTD/ACTD format for new drug and generic drug applications
and ensures the quality of submission to health authorities. The RA team works both pre and post marketing drug
safety regulations, document management, regulatory ling, global marketing authorization applications,
variations and renewals.

PHARMA DIVISION:
Leads has been marketing pharmaceuticals for the past 3 years in India and also Exporting some of the specialties to
its principals abroad. Leads Pharma till date has introduced successfully and established some of the Innovative
Formulations in Domestic Market for the management of Obesity, Asthma, COPD, Allergic Rhinitis, Dry Cough, Male
& Female Infertility. Leads Imports the nished formulations from its principals in Europe, Asia Pacic and Latin
America. Leads also have a good range of branded generics specially catering in the therapeutic area of Respiratory,
Gastro and Life Style Diseases. Leads believe in ethical promotion of its products based on proven scientic
evidence which are published in reputed International Medical Journals. Leads Pharma is presently marketing its
products in South India and has plans to expand in the coming years. Leads Pharma has been introducing every year
at least one innovative formulation in India as per its vision and has plans to introduce good number of unique

HEALTH CARE DIVISION:
Leads Pharma has been in the forefront since a decade exporting a number of variants of Sheath Contraceptives
(Condoms) to the Middle East Countries under the brand name of INVIGRA manufactured at a US FDA approved
facility. After seeing the success of the product INVIGRA Leads ventured into marketing in Domestic Market 3 years
ago and established the brand INVIGRA in India also. Leads has been using the latest marketing trends and
advertising to market INVIGRA in India. Leads has developed and patented a unique dermatological formulation
containing a blend of natural oils for the management of Acne (Pimples). Leads has introduced this product under
the brand name of D-Acne / Teracne. Recently with the cooperation of its Asia Pacic Principals, Leads has
introduced a variety of pain balms under the brand name of Dragon. Leads Market pain balms for all age groups
including children. Few of the pain balms are innovative and are rst time introduced in India specially the CAPSY
and ROLL ON for immediate relief of acute pain, inammation and for relief of pain due to common cold. Leads is
going to launch two new variants namely INVIGRA Delay Spray for Men and INVIGRA Sachet for erectile dysfunction
in men. Also Leads will be launching a new innovative product under the brand name Mexfyber CD for colon
