While Leaps and Bounds Pediatric

services, the premise behind our
Center’s origin was to develop one
location that could offer a variety of
pediatric therapy options; habilitation,
respite and attendant care services.

Therapy: Leaps and Bounds Pediatric
Therapy Center works with some of the
finest therapists in the East Valley. Physical
Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech
Language Pathology and Music Therapy are
some of the therapies provided. These
services are provided directly at the Center,
or may be arranged at a client’s home. The
Center is in the new Rome Towers pictured
below.

Habilitation: Center and home-based
services are coordinated with therapists to
supplement their professional services. In
our Habilitation Lab, a variety of
workstations are available to service children
with autism, developmental delays, sensory
impairment, ADHD, etc. Children will have
one-on-one attention to achieve their
habilitation goals. Habilitation needs range
from self-help assistance to academic
instruction.
Respite Care: Trained staff are
available to provide respite services to
meet family needs. Attentive care in
your home or in a safe, secure and
educational setting in our Respite
Room at Leaps and Bounds Pediatric
Therapy Center are options licensed
by Arizona Division of Developmental
Disabilities (DDD).

Attendant Care: Leaps and Bounds
Pediatric Therapy Center also is
licensed to provide Attendant Care
Services. This service provides
necessary support in order for the
person to remain in his/her own home
and/or participate in work or
community activities. The goals of the
service include assisting the person to
have a safe and clean home, stay
healthy and clean and have good
meals. This support may occur in the
person's home or in the community and
is based on the person's specific needs,
as identified through the Individual
Support Plan process, such as bathing,
dressing, housecleaning, etc.

with non-medical home care needs.
