do so based on first-come, first-serve basis with completed camp application and payment.

I understand that all the rules of the summer camp must be followed in order to ensure a safe and fun time for all students
attending. I understand that any student who does not follow the rules will not be allowed to return, and payment will not be
refunded. I release the Lee County Sheriff’s Department, DARE, Lee County Schools and any/all of its agents acting on its behalf, of
any liability incurred during the activities of camp. In case of emergency, I authorize the Supervisor to make any medical decisions or
seek medical attention for my child until I can be reached. My signature provides my permission to attend all camp activities on/off
property.
