Track System Configurations

(abutted side stacks, shown below) are
available to span widths up to 80 feet and
carry draperies up to 200 pounds per

In a hospitality environment, guests may be unfamiliar with motorized drapery operation —
which is why the Eos™ system comes standard with a master carrier release. When manual
operation is attempted, the master carrier releases, allowing the drapery to open or close.

EOS™ LIMITED WARRANTY
Hunter Douglas Inc. warrants that its Eos motorized drapery system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, PROVIDED THAT SUCH PRODUCTS WERE:
(1) purchased after May 15, 1992; (2) properly installed in commercial, institutional or multi-tenant facilities; and (3) made
or assembled exclusively from Hunter Douglas materials and components.
Any drapery fabrics and/or treatments attached to, or outside of, the drapery track are not covered by this warranty.
The obligation of Hunter Douglas and its distributors is limited to repair or replacement of the window treatments or
components found to be defective and excludes shipping charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs
will be made with like or similar parts. This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents,
alterations, exposure to the elements, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear or failure to follow Hunter Douglas instructions
with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or
damage resulting from removal of the window treatment and reinstallation in the same or another window.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no
event shall Hunter Douglas or its distributors be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or
for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
consequential or incidental damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. To obtain
warranty service, contact Hunter Douglas Hospitality. Warranty claims must be made as soon as possible after discovery
of the problem and in any event within the warranty period. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
