RULES OF CHARITY EVENT
LONDON LEGAL RUN 2015
IN FAVOUR OF THE CHARITY “GIFT OF LIFE”
DATE, TIME, LOCATION AND DISTANCE OF THE RUN
Date and time: 31 May 2015, from 09:30 till 14:00.
Location: London, Primrose Hill Park. Start/Finish: Primrose Hill.
Distance: 5 km.
Results will be recorded and published online.
Time limit: 1.5 hours.

Prize-giving Ceremony for the winner and medallists. Official closure of
the Event, followed by discussion of the Run and Results at a local Pub
(Venue TBC) or in the Park
REGISTRATION OF THE RESULTS
Winners and medallists of the Run are determined by the fact of crossing the Finish Line in
accordance with section № 165.24 IAAF.
Timing is recorded by stopwatch with the help of the judges and their assistants.
Participants’ personal results will be sent to their personal e-mails after the Event. The list
of results will also be available online: http://legalrunrussia.ru. A preliminary of results will
be available on the day of the Event.
GENERAL RULES
The Run is open to runners aged 18+ who transfer the registration fee to the Charity “Gift
of Life”. Every person who is given a number on the day of the Run is considered as a
Participant of the Run. The number of Participants of the Run is limited to 50 (Fifty) people.
PREPARATION AND RUNNING
Preparation and Running are conducted by Jane Fedotova, Daria Sakhno and Ksenia
Bobkova (hereinafter referred to as the “Organisers” or “Organising Committee”).

The Judges are approved by the Organising Committee.
The Organising Committee approves the current Rules, and is authorised to amend them in
its own discretion.
Duties of the Organising Committee are limited to the following:
 Registration of the Participants on the website: legalrunrussia.ru
 Arranging the record of the results of the Participants
REGISTRATION
Registration
of
the Participants is available online at
http://legalrunrussia.ru. The
registration starts on 07 May and finishes at midnight on 29 May 2015, or when the limit of
50 Participants is reached.
A registration number and the Participant’s package are provided on the day of the Run
(31.05.2015).
Registration is not available on the day of the Event!
Registration fee (hereinafter – the “fee”) is 25 GBP. The registration fee is paid online at
http://legalrunrussia.ru during registration. The payment of the fee is made by the
Participants during the registration by submitting the form on the website of the British
office of the Charity “Gift of Life”.
A person is registered when the online application is complete and the payment is made. A
person becomes a Participant of the Run when he/she is awarded a number on the day of
the Event. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The Organising Committee recommends that Participants obtain sports’ insurance.
AWARDS
The fastest 3 male and the fastest 3 female winners will receive the Awards. A special
award will go to the “Best Running Outfit”. Every Participant will receive a T-shirt with
London Legal Run 2015 logo.

DISQUALIFICATION
Judges shall disqualify the Participants in the following circumstances:
 if the Participant shortened the distance;
 false start by the Participant;
 the Participant does not wear his/her number; and
 when it is just to do so.

The Organising Committee is not responsible for information published on other websites.
These Rules may be amended or terminated unilaterally by the Organising Committee
without any notice to the Participants. None of the members of the Organising Committee
shall be liable to any registered person or Participant howsoever for any act or omission in
connection with the Event.
