A long term residential facility for adults affected by brain injuries who are motivated to become as self reliant and independent as possible. Individuals who seek admittance
should no longer be predominated by medical needs in the clinical picture, should not pose a threat to themselves or others, should be capable of independent bathing, dressing,
toileting, and eating skills, should have functional communicational skills, should be capable of exit from the premises without equipment if necessary, and should be motivated to
become more independent and self reliant. Offers recreational outings, such as bowling or horseback riding, as well as different recreational activities on site, such as gardening

A multi-location inpatient rehabilitation center that offers highly individualized services within a home located in a residential community. Facilities come equipped with kitchens,
rehab exercise and entertainment areas, as well as a fully landscaped backyard for outdoor therapeutic activities. Patient rooms are individualized to each resident, aiding in the
control of a patient’s environment, as well as in his or her activity level. Each of their locations offer physician services, rehabilitation nursing care, professional rehabilitation
therapy services, nutritional services, and ancillary services such as pharmacy, lab, radiology diagnostics, and durable medical equipment. Their nursing staff is skilled nursing

Aids students with deficits in verbal skills, memory, figural skills, critical thinking, attention, and organization and their primary goal is to assist students with applying skills learned
