Mystic X core tool The threaded tube in the box with your Mystic X suppressor is a tool designed to assist you in dismantling the suppressor for cleaning. That is all it is for. The sequence is listed below for dismantling the Mystic X suppressor. 1.

Remove any ammo from the host weapon. Remove the suppressor from the host weapon. Remove the mount from the rear of the suppressor. Pour in some powder solvent or Kroil oil to make disassembly easier. Remove the tube-‐retaining ring on the rear of the suppressor. Thread the core removal tool into the core fully. Grab the tube of the suppressor with one hand and the core tool with the other and with a twisting motion, push the core out the front of the tube. 8. Should the tube not want to slip off of the core due to buildup, grab the tube of the suppressor and using a soft faced hammer, “nudge” the core tool with a few gentle pecks of the hammer. This should break it free of any build up allowing you to twist and push the core out of the tube. 9. The core tool can be left in the core during cleaning to facilitate holding the core easier.
