“Capture Check Front.”
8. To capture the front check image:
• Place the check, with the front side facing up, on a well-lit surface, free of any clutter.
Tip: You might find that you get a more accurate picture of your check if the
color of the background is solid and contrasts your check.
•

Align the check
within the green guidelines, making sure the entire check is completely within the
guidelines and there is nothing else in the image (see image below right).
•
Take the picture. The image will be automatically cropped to the guidelines and
converted to black and white. Be sure to verify that all of the information on the
check is viewable and readable.
•
Tap Next to continue.
9. Select “Capture Check Back” and follow the same steps to capture an image of the
back of the check. This image is required to properly deposit your check.

the Funds Availability Policy within your Deposit Account Agreement (located on in the Policy Update section on the Credit
Union Web site).
•
You will receive an email, to the address on file, notifying you if a check is rejected by the Credit Union for any reason with
instructions on how to resubmit your deposit.
•
If your check is held for review, you will receive an email notifying you when the funds are available and should appear in your
account. (This process occurs instantly, but could be delayed in the rare case of a system outage).
•
Copies of checks deposited using the Deposit Anywhere mobile application can be viewed through the desktop version
located within Online Banking. Within the desktop version, select the “Deposit History” link in the top right corner. You will be
able to view past deposits online as far back as 18 months.
