Summer Adventure Camp 2015
School-Age Students
We are very excited to offer a summer camp program for children who have
completed grades K-6. The camp is designed to provide fun, educational, and
creative activities for your child to enjoy during the summer.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR SUMMER CAMP
Registration Fee: MUST BE PAID IN CASH
A fee of $50 per family will be charged if your child is a new enrollee to Lil’ Sneakers University.

$95 for 3 days/wk
Please fill out all forms completely and promptly. Your child will be considered
enrolled in our summer camp program when all the completed paperwork is
handed in and the registration fee (in cash) is paid. Please return all forms to the
office by Friday, May 1, 2015.

Your tuition rate does not include additional fees for field trips.
All field trip fees must be paid in cash.
It is your responsibility to get your child/children a pool pass.
If your child does not have a pool pass, they must have $6 CASH every time they go to the pool
Registration must be paid in CASH
Field trips in purple on the activity calendar MUST be paid for in advance. These fees are
due by May 1st and when paid will guarantee a seat in our vans for those field trips. Only 13
seats are available for our out-of-Mentor field trips. The seats are on a first come first served
basis.
Summer Adventure Camp 2015
School-Age Students
Welcome parents & campers to another fun filled summer. We are very happy to have you with us. Everyone will be going to the pool again this year. If your camper is not a swimmer they will be playing at the park. We feel this will be much more fun for the campers who are not at the pool. We do go to the pool twice a week. We strongly recommend purchasing a pool pass for these trips. They are reasonably priced in comparison to paying $6.00 in cash for each individual trip. Just a few reminders: R Please make sure your camper is dressed for the weather. Many of the parks we go to have hiking trails that we take advantage of. These trails can get muddy. R Every camper must have sunscreen. If you would like to have siblings share sunscreen that is perfectly fine. The campers must have sunscreen on to be able to go outside. R Please make sure your child has a refillable water bottle with their name on it. We take these on field trips to keep the campers hydrated throughout the day. R If you give your camper extra spending money for field trips, please make sure to put it in an envelope with their name on it. We don’t want it to get lost. R We do charge small fees when we go to the parks. This fee is to cover our transportation costs and the costs of the lunches we will be providing. R We will not be providing lunches on field trips this year. Please make sure to send a bagged lunch on field trips where a lunch is required. We are looking forward to a great summer!
