Barbecue is defined as products prepared on wood, gas, or charcoal fire. No electric heat source! 2. This contest is open to boys, girls, men and women; amateur and professional barbeque chefs. 3. Contestants may arrive through Gate #2 beginning at 6:00 a.m. All spots are first come, first served. No vehicles will be allowed through the gate after 9:00 a.m. 4. ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE SEASON TICKET HOLDERS OR PAY REGULAR GATE ADMISSION. 5. Meat may be pre-seasoned and marinated but must be raw. 6. All meat must be inspected by a committee member.
