LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL Spring Plant Sale Pricing Guide

SPRING 2015
The New Lincoln
Agricultural Program
For the first time in a long time the
CTE Environmental Biology program
under the instruction of Ben Dotson
and the CTE Plant Biology program run
by Kale Iverson are working together
to provide on all inclusive Agricultural
program and spring plant sale.
WHO GREW THE PLANTS?
Students from both Environmental and
Plant Biology Classes (1-2 and 3-4),
Outdoor Adventure Club and the new
Abe’s Golden Acres (formerly FFA)
club have worked tirelessly all year to
plant every plant in the 8000 square
foot facility (with instructor guidance
and community organizational support). They have maintained the facilities, cared for the plants and prepared
the materials for the sale
WHY WE ARE PROUD.
This plant sale represents the power
of experiential learning, hands on project based education and community
involvement. All proceeds go directly
to funding low income students travelling outside the East side community
(Outdoor Adventure Club) or directly
to the growth and distribution of fresh
produce on sight for East side families
in need.
THANKS FOR SUPPORTING!
