Dear Lion Friends,
We have already past ten months of this lionistic year.
I have been fortunate enough to receive your cooperation and active support during
this period with the result that we have added 771 New Members including 8 New
Clubs and 2 reactivated clubs and at present net gain in membership is 340.
Most of the clubs have performed their social services in a devoted manner. I have
completed the official visit to most of the clubs and found that their trying hard to
complete the target within this Ly period. I do hope that this trend will continue in
the coming years too. Now I call upon you to come forward to Repay the Debt.
Last but not the least I am regularly informing you that Administrative Activities
and Service Activities to report at MyLci.
My wife Lion Ratna joins with me in extending our warmest Greetings and Good
Wishes to you and all the fine members of your club.

4th Multiple Council Meeting :
4th Multiple Council Meeting held on 23rd & 24th April, 2015 at Lions Den, Kolkata.
42nd Annual Multiple District 322 Convention :
held on 26th & 27th April, 2015 at Science City Auditorium, Kolkata. Council of Governors elected the
following members to perform the duties of the council for the LY 2015-16.
Council Chairperson - Lion Subhasis Chatterjee, District -322C3
Vice Chairperson – Lion Dr. Raman Kumar, District 322E
Secretary – Lion Ameeta Jena, District 322C4
Council Treasurer – Lion Babulal Banka, District 322B1
Further, the election was held and elected Lion G. S. Hora, PDG of Dist. 322F as International Director
Endorsee of MD 322 for the LY 2015-17.
5th Cabinet Meeting:
5th Cabinet Meeting will be held on 17th May, 2015 at Charnok Stop, G. T. Road (Bye Pass), Burdwan.

Attention of Region Chairpersons :
Hope, you have completed your 3rd staff meeting of your Region. But I have not yet received
your report. Please send the report immediately and also give the trace on membership
growth.
Further, have you completed your 4th Staff Meeting of your region ? if yes please send the
report before 5th Cabinet Meeting i.e. 17th May, 2015.
Attention of Zone Chairpersons :
Please send the report of your ZAC meeting. You are requested to complete of your 4th ZAC
Meeting before 5th Cabinet Meeting and submit the report on or before 17th May, 2015.
Please repay the Debt by fulfilling your earlier commitment.
Attention of Club Presidents :
You know that you are the leader of your club in this year. And I believe you will Repay the
Debt. Further please keep it up on growth of membership. You here by request to submit
service activities and administration report at MyLci. Hope, you have already completed the
Club Nomination Meeting and election meeting within the April, 2015.

I request you to send the Club Officers Bearers Name with PU101 to Your District Governor
Elect, Lions Clubs International and Copy to me. You also must select your incoming Officers at
