Lipids@Wayne Symposium - Wayne State University

Second Annual
Lipids@Wayne Symposium
Following the success of our Inaugural symposium last year, Lipids@Wayne is pleased to sponsor the
second annual symposium on April 22, 2015. The symposium addresses the vital roles of lipids in cellular
processes required for normal physiological function. Perturbation of lipid metabolism contributes to
numerous pathologies, including cancer and cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological disorders. We
invite you to participate in this exploration of the lipid frontier.
