BOOKING TERMS Terms and Conditions • • • • All packages booked require a 50% deposit fee. You must turn up 15 minutes before the start of your package or treatment otherwise it could be refused. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required in order to enable booking an alternative time with no further costs. If the required notice is not given then you will lose your deposit. Vouchers • • • All vouchers purchased are non-refundable. Vouchers with an expiry date must be redeemed before the end date of the voucher. All vouchers must be presented on arrival to the Spa.
