All Sponsors are responsible for sending us the following information:
1. High resolution logo
2. URL to your website or landing page
3. A one paragraph, 140 word message that you’d like to see displayed on the web and in marketing
materials which we will pull from as needed.
4. Signage- If you have signage that you’d like us to display for you at the event(s), you need to
coordinate that with event organizers at least one week prior to event.
5. A 60 second video- if you have a 60 second or less video advertisement that we may use in
promotion of the event.
6. The email and phone number of your primary contact. This person will be updated on any
changes and details of your sponsorship.
7. The email and phone number of your billing contact. We will work with this individual to facillitate
sponsorship payment.
