What is FRAN?
 Provides free HSE (Formally known as GED) classes to Lafayette Parish
Residents
 Provides parents with training to enable them to play an instrumental role in
their child’s education
 Free transportation to full-time students
 Free childcare for children age 2 months-4years old
 Enjoy fieldtrips, activities with your child, and learn about development all
while pursuing your high school equivalency diploma

July 3, 2015 beginning promptly at 8:30 am at
LeRosen Learning Center, 516 E. Pinhook Rd. Room 118, Lafayette, LA 70501
The intake process will last about 4 hours. You must bring your social security card
and a driver’s license/ State ID. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have
withdrawal papers and a signed waiver to participate. Orientation is held every
Friday at Truman Early Learning Center at 1:00 p.m.
