D-Day Rifle & Pistol & Biathlon Match!! June 6th at Leominster Sportsmen's Club 1455 Elm St. Leominster MA 01453 www.lsa-ma.org We're doing a combined Pistol Plate, Rapid Fire Rifle & Biathlon Match on Saturday June 6th to commemorate the 71st Anniversary of the Normandy Landings. Cost $10. First relay starts at 9 am. It'll be any repeating rifle with "sustained" fire (40 shots in 5 minutes @ 100 yards on SR-1 targets- like 4 rapid fires in a row) Shoot from any standard position you like best- Prone, sitting, kneeling, or offhand. We’ll shoot the pistols at our Plate Racks. We’ll use our new Biathlon practice trail (walk or run) after. Compete in whichever you like. Bring your favorite rifle & 40 rounds in clips/mags, and your pistol or revolver & at least 50 rounds (more if you’re a good shot). Bring a 22 or air rifle, or BB Gun & 10 rounds for the Biathlon. Though it's a fun shoot, we'd like to Remember the Brave Men who Fought for Freedom.
