S U R FA C E P E E L I N G T R E AT M E N T S
These treatments use 30 percent strength Alpha and Beta Hydroxy acids, Glycolic and
Salicylic acids and Natural Fruit acids to diminish fine lines, lighten pigmented areas,
clear congested pores, smooth and soften skin texture and minimize the appearance of
enlarged pores. For maximum benefit, surface peels are recommended weekly or
bi-weekly with a minimum of six treatments.
Enzyme Therapy Surface Peel
This gentle peel is derived from powdered fruit enzymes and is
an excellent entry-level treatment or for those with somewhat

Reservations
Our reservations desk is staffed during normal spa hours.
Monday & Tuesday from 10am-7pm, Wednesday-Thursday from 9am-8pm,
Friday & Saturday from 9am-6pm and Sunday from 11am-5pm.
Please call 330-865-7800 and one of our friendly Spa Concierges will assist you
or visit www.awhitepondparadise.com.
We ask that all first time clients or clients receiving a Spa Package arrive at least
15 minutes prior to their first appointment.
Rewards Program
We are pleased to announce our Client Rewards Program. Earn reward points every time
you refer a new client to us and for simply pre-booking your next appointment before
you leave. These points translate to spa dollars that you can use to purchase products or

Spa Wear
Please feel free to “come as you are” to our spa. When receiving multiple services,
a comfy robe and slippers will be provided or by request. We operate a very modest
environment and are very respectful of your personal privacy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, so our cancellation policy is
designed to afford you maximum flexibility.
We ask that all reservations be guaranteed with a valid credit card. There is no initial
charge when reserving your time. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, we
ask for 24 hours notice (48 hours for packages, or clients receiving multiple services).. If
you cancel/reschedule within the above mentioned time frame and we are able to rebook
your original reservation, you will not incur any cancellation charges. We work very
hard to ensure that this happens. Like you, we would rather fill your time with another
client than charge a cancellation fee.
Guests are responsible for just $35 per hour of services reserved (or portion thereof)
regardless of the reason for canceling/rescheduling. This fee allows us to provide partial
compensation to our excellent therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding
career. It helps us to retain great employees. We appreciate your understanding.
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with any product we sell for up to 60 days from the date
of purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to know immediately. Chances are we
have an alternative that will better suit your needs. If not, your return will be applied to a

Refreshments
Healthy snacks like granola bars or roasted nuts and
