Dear Parents,
Thank you for registering your child for camp! This flyer is designed to help prepare your child for his/her stay at Camp Lutherhoma.
A camp experience is a tremendous chance for growth, fun, and enrichment. We are looking forward to seeing you at camp!
Below is information that will help you prepare for camp. Please read it and let us know if you have any questions.

We recommend durable, comfortable play clothesnothing dressy. Generally this means jeans, shorts,
tops, swimsuits, shoes, jackets, and plenty of underwear
and socks. A pair of sandals can be worn to and from
bathhouse and pool. When packing your clothes,
especially swimsuits, please consider that as Christians
we need to be modest with our appearance. We might
ask campers to wear a t-shirt over their swimsuit if
we decide it is inappropriate. Also include pool towel,
sun screen (#6 minimum), insect repellent, and Bible.
Please leave radios, electronic devices, especially games,
cell phones and tablets, at home.
Be sure to bring any BALANCE DUE with you. The
confirmation email lists balance due and reminders of
the camp dates.
Registration Process
7-8 pm on Friday Registration Days such as Mommy/Daddy and Me Weekend
Here is a brief look at the registration process on the opening day of your camp session.
7:00 PM at Pine Retreat Cabin:
1. Park your car in the parking area next to Pine or Aspen Retreat Cabins.
2. Bring any balance due and the health forms inside Pine Retreat Cabin.
3. You can keep any medications with you, please keep them safely tucked away.
4. The Camp Lutherhoma staff will greet you and give you the schedule for the weekend.
6. The weekend will conclude on Sunday at 11:00 AM. We hope you will have a wonderful time while
here and with our staff.
T-Shirts, Hats, etc. This year we will have a wide variety of T-shirts, hats and other souveniers
for sale at the time of registration and at the closing of each camp session. Include a Camp Lutherhoma
T-Shirt as part of your summer camp experience. A price list is available.
No DVD Produced for M/D Me
We do not produce a DVD video for this weekend
program. We do plan on putting pictures up on the web site by the following week.

Closing Day Schedule
On Sunday, June 22nd, the camp program will end around 11 am. We
will have a short time to worship on Sunday morning with the kids, parents and Lutherhoma staff. We
will be done before lunch.

Each camper gets a treat each afternoon and evening. These are already
figured into their registration fee, so they have no need for cash during the
week.
