LOCATION:
The 10K race begins at Madison Consolidated High School
with the course winding through the hills of this picturesque
Ohio River town. Madison is located approximately 50 miles
from Louisville, 70 from Cincinnati and 90 from Indianapolis.
The 37th Annual Madison Courier 10K Walk/Run will be without a familiar face
this year as longtime Publisher, Jane Jacobs (center) lost her battle with a long
illness this spring.
TIME:
Check in at Madison Consolidated High School, 743 Clifty
Drive begins at 6:30 am (Daylight Savings Time).
In honor of her dedication to one of the most popular Madison Regatta Festival
events this year’s race has been renamed the Jane Jacobs Memorial
Firecracker 10K Walk/Run.
Custom made awards presented in all 10K Run Divisions
in addition to top Male and Female runner awards.
