Interpreting the Individual CANS Report
•Communimetric measurement - based on communication theory, the rating
communicates the same measure at input, thru-put, and output
•Item level needs, strengths, and change scores
•Threshold Score
•SUM scores for Domain and Global score change
•Summary at the bottom for action and act now (2 and 3) scored items
