We#are#pleased#to#present#the#10th#Annual#Brady#Scoggins#Memorial#
Golf#Tournament.##This#tournament#began#as#a#tribute#to#Brady,#a#
young#man#very#close#to#our#hearts#that#succumbed#to#the#
complications#of#CFC#Syndrome#at#the#young#age#of#15#years#old,#April#
10,#2005.###Brady#lived#in#Sherwood#Park#with#his#parents#Murray#and#
Kelly,#and#his#sister#Bailee.##He#was#an#avid#sports#fan,#like#much#of#his#
family#and#friends,#and#was#privileged#to#have#met#many#of#his#sports#
heroes,#as#well#as#visit#an#NHL#dressing#room#or#two.###
Our#involvement#with#the#incredible#organization#of#MakeNANWish®#
over#these#past#9#years#has#been#a#life#changing#experience#for#
everyone#involved#with#this#tournament.##In#November#2013,#the#
tournament#committee#was#nominated#by#MakeNANWish®#for#the#
annual#Philanthropy#Awards#in#Edmonton.##Over#$600,000#net#
proceeds,#has#gone#directly#to#the#wish#granting#process.##An#amount#
unprecedented#for#this#organization.##None#of#this#would#have#been#
possible#without#individuals#like#yourself,#and#the#many#volunteers,#
sponsors,#and#organizers#that#continue#to#make#this#event#a#success.##

these#children#the#opportunity#to#experience#life’s#great#adventures#as#

On behalf of the Brady Scoggins Memorial Golf Tournament planning committee; we would like
to extend a personal invitation to join us for the 10th Annual Brady Scoggins Memorial Golf
Tournament in Support of Make-A-Wish® Northern Alberta, to be held at The Broadmoor Golf
Course, 2100 Oak Street, in Sherwood Park, AB on Monday June 29, 2015.

Become involved and experience firsthand the impact that your
generous contribution will make for the lives of the respective
Wish Children and their families. Beginning in 1998, the Northern
Alberta chapter of Make-A-Wish® has granted over 770 wishes to
date, and hopes to grant 95 magical wishes in 2015 to children with
life threatening illnesses.
We are pleased to report that we have surpassed our goal of
reaching the million dollar mark, and in 9 years our total funds
raised has reached $1,033,628. Our goal for this tournament was to
be the leading outside fundraising event for Make-A-Wish®
Northern Alberta, and it has been our honour to be involved with
such a dedicated and worthy organization.
This would not and could not be accomplished without the
generous support of people like you in our community. The
planning committee remains steadfast and committed to raising
funds for Make-A-Wish® Northern Alberta, to provide Hope,
Strength & Joy to kids that will never have what most of us take for
granted, our health. We look forward to seeing you at The
Broadmoor Golf Course on Monday June 29, 2015 and sharing in
the role of facilitating future dream wishes.
