Now that you’re registered, grab your gift bag and enjoy a
light breakfast.
From Toronto, follow QEW westbound to 403 westbound. Follow 403 to Brantford, go past exits for Garden
Ave, Gretzky Parkway and Highway 24 / King George
Road to Exit 33, Hwy 2, Paris Road. Once you are on
the off ramp, keep to the left (the right lane continues
on to Paris). At the stop sign, turn left and proceed under the 403 to the first traffic light. At the traffic light,
turn right on Hardy Road, cross the railway tracks and
immediately turn left onto Ava Road. Our driveway is approximately one-half kilometer on the right-hand side.
9:45 – Saddle up!
Please head to your carts and listen to the instructions for the day.
10:00 – Tee off
By now you should be standing in a tee box with your club at the
top of your backswing waiting for the horn... and swing! Also be
sure to show off your putting skills in the Putting Contest (prior
to hole #1).
3:30 – Reception
After a hard day at the office, everyone deserves to loosen the tie
a little and enjoy a fine beverage (we won’t tell if you won’t). See
you in the Grand River Room!
4:30 – Dinner and Silent Auction
Join us in the Grand River Room for more of this fantastic venue’s
fine fare. Let the food and drink tantalize your tongues while the
excellent array of auction items tantalizes your wallet. Don’t let
that thing you’ve got your eye on go to someone else. He won’t
enjoy it nearly as much as you will!

If you are following the 401, exit in Cambridge at Highway 24 and proceed south to Brantford where Hwy 24
becomes King George Rd. Continue on King George Rd.
as far as Tollgate Rd. (Dairy Queen on the right). Turn
right onto Tollgate Rd. and follow through two stop signs
to a traffic light at Paris Road. Continue through the
intersection; this road now becomes Hardy Road. Cross
the railway tracks, turn left immediately onto Ava Road.

From London or Woodstock, follow 401 eastbound
to 403 eastbound. Follow 403 to Brantford, Exit 33 Hwy
2, Paris Road. Once you are on Paris Road continue
to the first traffic light. At the traffic light, turn right on
Hardy Road, cross the railway tracks and immediately
turn left onto Ava Road. Our driveway is approximately
one-half kilometer on the right-hand side.
