1、The main use of the product
The introduction of foreign advanced technology and hydraulic
production design combined with their years of experience in the
production of hydraulic lifts with reliable safety performance and
wide range of uses, which is suitable for construction sites, hotels,
airports, stations, stadiums, halls and other tall buildings and
equipment inspection clean: and power, telecommunications, oil and
other departments for field power facilities, overhead pipes, lifting
machinery maintenance and repair.
2、The main structures and systems description of the product
Self-propelled aerial work platforms are generally composed of
four parts, namely, mechanical structure, hydraulic system, electric,
system, take the device itself.
3.1Mechanical structure
Mechanical structure of mobile aerial work platforms are
generally make from four parts: chassis, boom, platform and
guardrail . The chassis is made of corresponding strength welded
steel plate ; boom is hinged vertical scissor lift, used high-strength
steel plate with high strength and good appearance; platform is made
of steel, channel steel and high-strength steel production according to
rated load and customer requirements; Guardrail and low
manipulation screen can ensure safe and reliable operation.
3.2 Hydraulic System Description

From the oil pump inlet, push the piston cylinder, lifting the
cross arm vertical rise, when fall, pressure oil run back into the oil
tank through the solenoid valve in the monitoring of throttle. When
the cylinder overload, pressure oil output from the oil pump directly
run back into the tank through the relief valve (safety valve).
According to the actual situation and customer needs, the device can
be configured to cracking unit. When the pipeline rupture, crack
valve lock cylinder, platform stop action. Cylinder hydraulic oil in the
oil tank is discharged through the emergency valve, and platform
slow down to the ground. (Figure 3)
3.3 Electrical System Description

To ensure safe use, and make the machine is in good working
condition, performance checks should be preceded before use
4.1 Check the contents
a. Power line is good; b. Each button is valid; c. If oil pump and
other leaks; d. Check whether the limit switch is Failure or not ( hand
forward limit switch to confirm the switch action); e. If each crossing
point on the arm nuts are tightened
4.2 Operation steps
a. Would be four legs were pulled out to adjust the leg bolt with a
special wrench, so lift the leg positioning bolt security lock.
b. Power when the indicator light, press up button to work.
4.3 Notice for use
a. DC power source bottles machine must be switched off after use
battery power, otherwise run out of power, the impact of the next use
and battery life.
b. Required work load, overload use is strictly prohibited. Under the
condition of the special emergency should not overload 10% at most.
c. In the absence of safety barriers,it is forbidden to manned work;
d. In the course of action and in a raised position, not move the
machine;
e. When the lifting platform, you must distraction legs, prohibited
for man intense shaking on the platform bar.
f. Prohibited any live working on the platform bar;

g. Found that work pressure is too high or lift abnormal sounds,
immediately stop to check to avoid lifts severely damaged. General
failure See (faults and eliminate).

5、Maintenance
5.1 Safety Notes
a. Non-electrical professionals are not allowed to free remove
appliances to prevent electric shock or incorrect connections.
b. If need to enter the bar below the platform to repair, it must
hang on platform bar to prevent a sudden drop, causing casualties.
c. Users not be allowed to adjust relief valve, if freedom adjust
relief valve,it may cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system,
and might make the platform does not rise up the platform and cause
the tubing bursting. It will be unnecessary damage to man and
machine (if you need to adjust the pressure relief valve, please
contact the manufacturer, or peril).
d. Before removing any part of the hydraulic system, you must
first relief, in order to avoid hydraulic oil spray and table suddenly
fell.
5.2 Monthly maintenance
a. Check if the casters, intermediate shaft, bearing, cylinder pin
and scissors arm shafts has wear.

b. Some of the above sites are filling oil, extending bearing
life.
c. Check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. Lifting
platform rises all the time, in this position, the hydraulic oil level
should be higher than the bottom of 40-50 mm. Check whether the
hydraulic oil is dark, sticky or gravel and other foreign matter, if
found, should be replaced (32 # hydraulic oil).
5.3 Year-end maintenance
a. Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings, pipes shall not
damaged, joints may not be loose.
b. Remove and disassemble the valve support, the plunger
blowing with compressed air and then loaded again placement.
c. Discard the hydraulic fluid exhausted, tighten the connector
to remove the oil filter, after cleared, cleaned with compressed air,
and then back into the oil tank, and connect lines.
d. Put new oil, do not continue to use the old oil, to avoid the
moving parts of the system accelerated wear .
