Rebuilt the box-office system and built and maintained an
extensive database of patrons, actors, and directors. Managed the
daily activities of the company, which included: scheduling thirty
one-act play readings per ten-week season, and assist the
Producing Artistic Director, Susan Charlotte.
Office management responsibilities included: Overseeing
volunteers and part-time employees, drafting letters, organizing
direct mailing campaigns to database of over 6,000 patrons,
ordering supplies, creating financial reports, IT responsibilities for
small office, webmaster.
On-site House Management duties included: Liaison between FFT,
site management, and talent, operating cash and credit box-office
on site, customer relations.
Other duties included: assisting with casting and play selection,
gaining permissions from publishing houses.
Four year, full-time MFA equivalent conservatory program with
extensive training in Acting, Voice and Speech, I.P.A., Movement,
Alexander Technique, Improvisation, Text Analysis, Mask.
