Remember your username & password as you will need to login to access the test. Location The Learning Center, UH Maui College, Maximum 4 seats per session. Dates & Times 2015 Date Time Fridays – 4 spots available: 9 a.m.-1 p.m. June 5, 19, 26. July 10,17,24,31. August 7, 28. September 4,11,18,25. October 2, 9,16,23,30. November 6, 13, 20. December 4, 11, 18. Cost $95.00 (fee includes test and test administration) Registration closes at midnight 3 days prior to the test date. What to Bring Valid Photo ID, Your previously created ATI ID and Password, your car keys (if driving). What Not to Bring Cell phones, i-pads, calculators, laptops, and all other electronic devices are not allowed. Test results Test results will be available immediately following the test. Your score will automatically be available to UHMC at no additional cost. If you take the exam elsewhere, you need to have the official test results sent from ATI. Passing Score Minimum Scores required in ALL areas of the TEAS-V Adjusted Individual Score in order to apply to the Nursing Program: (minimum 3 points) Total: 58.7% Reading: 69 % Mathematic s: 63.3% Science: 45.8% English and Language Usage: 60.0% Points for Admission Total Adjusted Individual Score=58.7=3 points (and other minimums met above) Total Adjusted Individual Score= 78.0=4 points (and other minimums met above) Total Adjusted Individual Score=90.7=5 points (and other minimums met above) Re-test policy You may re-test for a maximum of three times PER 12 MONTH PERIOD (REVISED April, 2015) to take the test. Applicants who fail to establish the minimum cut-off score in each area will be required to retake the entire exam. There will be NO combination of scores from separate tests. Score Validity Your ATI TEAS score is valid for three years. Test format Time limit is 209 minutes (Reading=58 minutes; Mathematics=51 minutes; Science= 66 Minutes; English=34 minutes) Content Reading: 42 scored questions. Paragraph and Passage Comprehension, Informational Source Comprehension. Mathematics: 30 scored questions. Numbers and Operations, Algebraic Applications, Data Interpretation, Measurement. NLN Test Scores Students may elect to use their NLN test scores instead of the TEAS test if taken between January 31, 2013 and July 13, 2013. NLN Pre-RN Test scores are valid for 3 years. If the NLN test is used current competency must be shown on the Compass Placement Test by having a current (not expired) score at the application deadline for Compass Reading (79 minimum), Writing (74 minimum) and Algebra (46 minimum).
