Dear Sir/Madam,
I am to attach a list of selected players from your state to participate in World Senior
Badminton Championships to be held at Helsingborg, Sweden from 20th to 26th
September 2015.
1.CONFIRMATION:
You are requested to confirm your state players participation before
10th May 2015.
Late confirmation shall not be accepted and substitute shall be nominated immediately.
2.SECURITY DEPOSIT:
You are requested to inform the players to send their consent along with Demand draft
of Rs:16,000/- (Sixteen thousand) on the name of Badminton Association of India
payable at New Delhi and send by speed post to the Secretary(T),BAI (under signed)
before 10th May 2015. The following are the details.
a.
D.D shall reach Secretary (T),BAI before 10th May 2015 With a self addressed
envelope with postal stamps of Rs.40/- affixed on the cover (postal charges) for
return the D.D after participation to the following address.

b. The D. D. shall be return to the participants after participation in World Senior
Championships at Sweden.
c. Non participants D.D’s shall be deposited in BAI account and to be paid to BWF
towards the non participation fee.

ENTRY FEE: Entry fee details will be informed later. Approximately Rs:8000/for one event and Rs:10000/- for two or more events. The exact fee will be
informed to you shortly.

BWF ID:
Players may apply for BWF ID completing the players profile form immediately
and send before 10th May 2015.( I.D form attached ). Those players all ready
have BWF I.D, no need to send again. ((I.D number may be informed to us).
5.
NON REFUNDABLE:
Security deposit shall not be refundable to the players if
they failed to participate in World Senior Championships at Sweden after the last
date of withdrawal is over. BAI is not responsible for issue of passport of visa.
6.
PASSPORT: Eligible players should submit the following details along with
confirmation.

Passport Xerox copy (1st page and last page) shall be sent to the under
signed before 10th May 2015 along with D.D. Visa expenses shall be borne
by the participants.
All correspondence shall be made through Member Association. The Member Associations
are requested to send the correct email address/Mobile number of your players before
10th May 2015 along with security deposit D.D.
