PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
It is for the information of all concerned that “PUBLIC SEALED COVER AUCTION” of
unserviceable condemned vehicles viz Tata Trucks, Leyland Tanker, JCB Loaders, is invited
in three lots on as is where is basis separately for each lot lying at Auto Workshop, Jhilmil
Colony Shahdara Delhi-110095. The two envelopes marked as earnest money & financial
bid for each lot can be submitted upto 24/06/2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the office of Executive
Engineer (Elect./Auto) in sealed cover and sealed covers shall be opened on the same day
i.e. on 24/06/2015 at 11:30 A.M. Earnest money of Rs. 25,000/- is to be deposited for
participation in the Auction for each lot. 100% amount is to be deposited on declaration of
highest bidder for a particular lot. Terms & conditions as well as detail of three lots shall be
displayed on Notice Board.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE AUCTION
1.
Auction bid will be strictly on terms on „As is where is basis‟
2.
Intending bidder shall deposit earnest money of Rs. 25000/- in cash or Bank Draft
with the cashier, failing which no one shall be permitted to participate in the bid.
The earnest money will be returned subject to condition no. 5
3.
Vehicles & Materials will be auctioned on the spot. The amount of lot will be
deposited at the fall of hammer with the cashier immediately, so that auction for
the other lot could be started.
4.
The highest bid is subject to the acceptance by the auction Board/Chairman on
the spot.
5.
If the highest bidder fails to deposit 100% of the bid amount at the fall of hammer,
his earnest money will be forfeited and bid of the second highest bidder may or
may not be accepted by the Chairman of the Auction Board. The refund of earnest
money of the eligible bidders shall be made after the close of the auction
proceedings.
6.
The highest bidder shall remove the condemned material vehicles at his won cost
within 07 days after acceptance, from the premises, otherwise demurrage charges
@1% of the highest bid per day of delay will be levied up to the maximum of 10% of
the cost.
7.
Auction Board reserve the right to reject the bids without assigning any reason.
8.
Parties should arrange to take delivery of the auctioned material within the
stipulate period of accepting the bid by the competent authority.

10.
In case of any dispute arising during the conduct of auction, the decision of the
chairman will be find and binding on the parties.
