Its management involves multidisciplinary team approach may and usually requires intervention as early as in neonates and probably all the way till adulthood. The management is not only focused on cheiloplasty / palatoplasty / rhinoplasty/ alveolar bone grafting but involves many other aspects such as feeding in newborns, malocclusion, and speech.
