ELIGIBILITY: Open to any current member of the NPC. NPC membership cards can be purchased on at check-in on Friday, June 12, 2015 for
$120 cash, check, or money order payable to the National Physique Committee. Masters and Teen competitors must show proof of age.
ENTRY FEE: $80 per division if postmarked on or before May 31, 2015; $100 per division if postmarked after May 31, 2015; crossover entries
$75 each. Late entries will also be accepted at check-in/weigh-in on Friday, June 13, 2014. All entry fees must be paid by cash, check/money
order payable to EAST COAST GYM, LLC at or prior to time of check-in/weigh-in. No entries will be accepted after Friday, June 12, 2015 per NPC
rule. No refunds, under any circumstances, will be offered.

AWARDS:
Awards will be presented to the top 5 competitors in each class for each division. Overall awards will be presented to Men’s Open Bodybuilding, Men’s Novice
Bodybuilding, Men’s Masters Bodybuilding, Men’s Open Physique, Men’s Novice Physique, Women’s Physique, Figure Open, Figure Novice, Bikini Open and Bikini
Novice. Best Poser/Best Presentation Awards will be presented to Open Classes Only: Men’s Bodybuilding, Women’s Bodybuilding/Women’s Physique (one award),
Men’s Physique, Figure and Bikini. Best Body Parts Awards will be presented to Men’s Bodybuilding Open only.
MUSIC:
All bodybuilders and women’s physique competitors MUST supply their own music on CD format ONLY. Posing music MUST be no longer than 70 seconds for
bodybuilders/women’s physique and be the only track on that CD. Vulgar music is grounds for disqualification. CDs will be collected at the MANDATORY competitor
meeting prior to prejudging but will be used only at the Finals. Your music will begin when your name is announced.
NOVICE:
If an athlete has placed in the top ten (10) of any national event (including the IFBB North American Championships), the athlete is no longer considered a novice. A
true novice is an athlete that has never entered an NPC event.
BODYBUILDERS and PHYSIQUE:
NO props may be used during prejudging or finals. The only jewelry that may be worn at prejudging is wedding bands (including body piercings). Women’s
Bodybuilding posing suits may be decorated for Finals ONLY. Men’s Bodybuilding suits must be plain in color with no fringe, wording, sparkle or fluorescents.
MEN’S PHYSIQUE COMPETITORS:
Board shorts are to be worn that are just above the knee in length and not hip-hugging. The only logos that can be present on the shorts are manufacturer’s logos
(i.e. Billabong, WRV, Under Amour, Nike, etc.)
FIGURE AND BIKINI COMPETITORS:
2 piece suits only. If you are unsure if your suit will be acceptable, please be sure to bring a back-up suit.
TICKETS: Tickets will be available the day of the competition at the door (CASH ONLY). Prejudging $20, Finals $30 (all tickets are General Admission).
COACHES PASSES: $50 (Does NOT include admission to the event); Sale of coaches’ passes will be determined upon availability due to backstage space at the venue
(no guarantees). Coaches and their athletes must adhere to very specific rules, which will be discussed during the meeting prior to pre-judging. Failure to follow
these rules will result in the loss of privilege and monies paid will be forfeited.

ATHLETE’S LIABILITY RELEASE FORM:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the 2015 NPC VA GRAND PRIX (“Event”) promoted by Marvin Chappell, East
Coast Gym LLC, any and all sponsors of the event (including Old Dominion University Theater and the SpringHill Suites By Marriott)
(“Promoter”) and sanctioned by the National Physique Committee of the USA, Inc. (“NPC”), its related events and activities, I, (name of
participant – PLEASE PRINT) _________________________________________, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: 1)
the risk of injury from the activities involved in this Event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while
particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, 2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY
ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PROMOTER AND/OR THE NPC OR
OTHERS, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and
conditions for participation, if, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from
participation and bring such to the attention of the promoter immediately; and, 4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, person
representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE PROMOTER, THE NPC and each of their officers,
officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of
premises use for the activity (collectively, “The Releases”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to
person or property associated with my presence at or participation in or in traveling to and from the Event, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE
NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The undersigned further consents and agrees that the undersigned will comply with all rules and regulations of SpringHill Suites Marriott
(“Hotel”) including any rules or regulations prohibiting cooking or food preparation in the hotel rooms. The undersigned further agrees that the
undersigned will indemnify and hold harmless the NPC and the Promoter from and against any damages caused by the undersigned to the
Hotel or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to the undersigned. Finally, the undersigned acknowledges that the
undersigned’s failure to comply with any rule or regulation of the Hotel or damage to any guest room occupied or registered to the undersigned
may result in disciplinary action against the undersigned including, but not limited to, suspension as a member of the NPC and/or competing in
any contests sanctioned by the NPC. Any damage to the bed linens, towels, etc, will be charged to the undersigned’s room. And in further
consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in the Event and its related events, I hereby grant the NPC, Promoter and/or any
other NPC-approved video or entertainment organization and all o their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or
otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute,
transmit, and/or otherwise exploit and all media, including, without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television,
television motion pictures, video, printing on digital or any other medium now known or hereinafter devised, including with respect to any
merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with the foregoing. The
rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be
payable to me at any time in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate the NPC, Promoter, and/or any other
NPC-approved video or entertainment organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, to make use of any
rights granted herein. I also understand that the aforementioned rights may be resigned at any time without further consent. I understand that
the NPC, the Promoter and/or any other NPC-approved video or entertainment organization, are videotaping and photographing the Event in
express reliance upon the foregoing, and I represent and agree that I am free to grant the rights granted to the NPC, Promoter and/or any other
NPC-approved video and entertainment organization hereunder.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ASSESSMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND I HAVE
GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
