South Central Nebraska Baseball League
(Grades 3-8 as of 2014/15 year)
Youth Coed T-Ball (Ages 4-6)
Teams in this league travel and compete against area towns.
Dates: Games start the week of May 12 for grades 7-8 and the week of
May 19 for grades 3-6. Games played Tues. and Thurs. 6:30 or 8 p.m.
Practices will be determined by coaches at a later date.
Tournaments: All teams will compete in the Jack Waller Tournament
May 29-30 and the South Central League Tournament (post season).
Register by Wednesday, April 1.
Fee: $35 members, $45 non-members.
$10 late fee after April 1. No registration after April 11.
Youth Recreation Baseball
(Grades 1-2 as of 2014/15 school year)
Dates: May 19-June 25.
Teams compete in Holdrege only.
Two divisions: First Year and Second Year—two divisions are being
played to offer both an introductory program for those who have
never played and a slightly more advanced program for those who
have played.
Minimum Age: Must turn 5 by Dec. 31, 2015.
Fee: $18 members/$26 non-members.
Register by May 4. $10 late fee after May 4.
No registrations accepted after May 13.
Youth Recreation Softball (Ages 8U-10U)
Teams in this league play in Holdrege only (Coaches pitch).
Dates: May 26-July 2. Games played on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays,
6:30 or 8 p.m. Practices will be determined by coaches at a later date.
Fee: $30 members/$40 non-members.
Register by May 4. $10 late fee after May 4.
No registrations accepted after May 13.
Dates: May 27-early June. Based on age as of January 1, 2015.
10U competes in Kearney Recreation League.
8U competes in Holdrege only.
Games played on Mondays and/or Wednesdays at 6:00 or 7:30 p.m.
Register by Tuesday, April 7. No registrations after April 17.
$10 late registration fee after deadline.
