We use green energy for power, and burn 100% Natural Wax iKOU candles. Our Spa towels and robes

and recycled metals. iKOU Day Spa seamlessly blends Eco Concepts with modern luxury.
Our Eco-Rain Shower uses advanced technology that is designed to create an
opulent feeling of rain-like abundance, while using a minimal amount of the Earth’s precious

A unique massage based on Ayurvedic principles to effectively ease tension through heat release and massage. Hot, therapeutic
oil is repeatedly flowed into a ring of clay placed onto the back, to begin the gentle process of releasing tension from the sacrum,
spine and hips. After 20 minutes the oil is massaged over the entire back, neck and shoulders. This highly effective treatment
focuses on relieving back pain through anti-inflammatory herb and plant extracts, heat and massage, providing fast and lasting

Sunday 10am - 4pm. 7 DAY BOOKING SERVICE DURING BUSINESS HRS.
PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Enhance your wellness experience by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. In consideration of other guests,
late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.
SPA ENVIRONMENT
We strive to provide you with the most relaxing and tranquil environment, so we respectfully request that you switch off
mobile phones. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot make your appointment or you need to re-schedule, we require a minimum of 24HR advance notice
We regret that 100% charge of total services will be charged if notice is not given.
AGE LIMITATION
iKOU welcomes guests aged 16 years and older to enjoy our facilities and Spa treatments. Parents and guardians are
welcome to invite those over the age of 12 to join them to share in a Spa experience in one of our “rooms for two”.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and may be used for all iKOU Spa treatments and retail items.
