Emergency Notification
Panic alerts are sent to response groups on a variety
of devices such as MOTOTRBO™ & TETRA radios,
Android devices and desk & mobile phones. Emergency
notifications are sent via voice and text message.
Faster Response Times & Safer Employees
In the event of an emergency, mobile & stationary individuals can trigger an alarm to request help. ACS automatically sends the
alarm notification to the appropriate individuals and by doing so, response times to alarms are significantly reduced leading to a
safer worker environment.

Enhanced Employee Safety

Faster Response Times
During a potentially hazardous event, activating a panic alarm is
simple, discreet and easy. Whether you’re using a two-way radio,
Android app or panic button, the alarm is initiated by holding down
the button for 2-3 seconds. False alarms are rare since the button
needs to be held for a short pre-determined period of time.
The Android device, radio and wrist watch are ideal for mobile
workers. They go where teachers, staff, and administrators go: to
classrooms, stairwells, parking lots, playgrounds and other
remote facilities.
When employees are in a dangerous situation they can quietly
and discreetly activate the panic button. The response team is
automatically notified of the situation whether it’s on their two-way
radio, email, Android device, etc.
Panic buttons provide a fast connection to first responders. ACS
manages the notification process by sending alarms to the best
person based on location, schedule and competency. The alarm is
escalated until resolved.
Informed Respondents
When paired with IPS / GIPS, dispatched panic messages can be
configured to include specific information such as the distressed
person’s location including floor, room number and alarm entry code
if needed.

Success Story.
The Company.
Located in Europe, this nation-wide job center assists local unemployed patrons. The large, three-story facility has
numerous counsellors, a small security team and a large number of people in and out of the building throughout
the day.
The Need.
Staff members have concerns for their safety when dealing with potentially violent clients who have recently
lost their jobs and are in distress. This dynamic and unpredictable environment requires a reliable panic alarm
notification system for rapid response during violent situations.
The Solution.
Wireless panic buttons are installed in every room under the desks with Velcro. Buttons can be pushed discretely
or taken off the desk if an upcoming meeting is causing concern. When a dangerous situation arises and a
panic alarm is activated, alarms are automatically dispatched through ACS to the security team’s radios via text
message. The panic alarm message includes the floor and room number where the situation is occurring which
allows the security guards to aid the counsellors with speed and precision.
