When you arrive The Hamilton Spectator:
Before bringing your exhibit material into the warehouse, you must first register at
the show office, located at the main entrance - front of the building.
At that time you will:
1) Be given your booth location
2) Receive all passes and badges (you cannot access the floor without a badge),
3) Receive any additional show information and instructions,
4) Hand in a copy of your insurance forms (if you sent it in advance you do not
need to have it on show day).
5) Be directed to your appointed booth space
Move In:
•
Friday April 24, 2015 from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ONLY- if you require an
alternate move-in time, please contact Karen Aquino at 905-526-3457 and
we can arrange a time.

Hand carried merchandise is permitted to be brought into the building
through the front doors using the drive up or ramp. No parking in said
space will be allowed. You may drop off your items and park your car in
the designated parking areas for exhibitors.
Vendor Parking on Move-In Day: Parking is available on move-in day
in our visitor lot in front of the building or in the lot overlooking the 403
highway. Since this is a normal business day for The Hamilton
Spectator you may unload your vehicles at the front door but no vehicle
may block the circular driveway at anytime so once your items are
unloaded you must move your car to the visitor lot. You will be expected
to report the move-in time prior to Friday, April 24, 2015 in order to
control move-in congestion.
Vendor Parking on Show Day: please park in the lot at the west side
of the building in order to make visitor parking available to show visitors.
(If you continue past the visitor lot you will see much more available
parking)

needs.
• Our show staff will be onsite during move-in, throughout the show and
during move-out to help answer questions or assist with locating your
booth!
Shipments:
No shipments will be accepted at the Hamilton Spectator prior to Friday, April 24,
2015 at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved by Show Management. All exhibit
material must be delivered during move in at the area. Show Management will
not accept C.O.D. shipments.
Move Out:

Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
All materials must be removed from the show on Saturday, April 25, 2015
immediately following the close of the show at 4:00 pm. All vendors must
remain intact and fully staffed until the show closing at 4:00 pm on
Saturday, April 25, 2015.
All material handling is the responsibility of each individual exhibitor. Any items
left after 6 pm will be removed by Show management and discarded.
Please ensure you remove all of your belongings and throw out your garbage in
the designated locations and recyclable areas.
Booth Information:
Your tables will be made available on to Friday, April 24, 2015
Your 8’ table, “Premium” 8 ‘+ 8’ table (L-shaped), or 8’ x 8’ (side by side)
includes 2 chairs.
Linens, draping, mats, décor are not supplied by the show
organizers. Please source out a supplier of choice.
Entry to Show:
Show management reserves the right to refuse admission to the show. Any
visitors, exhibitors, or exhibitor employees who, in the opinion of the Show
Management, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or in any way creating a
disruption of the show will be asked to leave.
