Entry fee for golf is $150 per team. Two-day green fee and cart is included.
Shotgun start. Golf tournament will be held at Centennial Valley on Monday, June 22, and
Nutter Chapel on Tuesday June 23.
* * Be sure you choose the time you prefer to play on Monday, June 22; you will play Nutter course
on Tuesday, June 23, at the opposite time.
Prizes for first, second & third in each flight. All golfers will play the 2-man scramble format both
days. Prizes will be gift certificates to be used at the golf courses.

This is the only AHSCA-sponsored golf tournament of the year; a large number of participants are
expected.
Sign-up ASAP – tournament limited to the first 72 teams to register.
